Shipping

Enjoy free domestic shipping (Australia wide) on all online wool rug orders.
Shipping times within Australia are estimated between 2-14 business days depending on your location 
(Please note we do not send to PO boxes or locker boxes).
1-7 business days (VIC, SA)
2-9 business days (NSW, TAS)
3-12 business days (QLD)
5-14 business days (WA)

Please note that your Tribe Home rug will be dispatched separately to the rest of your L&M Home order, dedicated tracking information will be provided via email. All rugs are delivered via a standard one person delivery, someone must be in attendance to accept delivery and assist the driver.

Returns

Please contact us with your full name, order number, reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. L&M Home are happy to offer you a refund*, exchange, or credit on all full priced items. Products must be un-used and un-washed. You must return the product at your own expense.

For any faulty items, please contact L&M Home immediately. We will offer you a full refund* or exchange on faulty goods.

*Please note refunds can take up to 7 business to clear. Refunds will be processed once returned items arrive back into our warehouse.

HINT: Keep the two layers of original wrapping if you are unsure about your new rug, this will then be reused by you to rewrap the rug securely if you want to return or exchange.
