Sales/Admin/Office Manager

Job description

L&M Home is one of Australia's leading soft furnishing and home wares brands for both wholesale and online retail.
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our small and creative team in trendy Fitzroy, Melbourne. 

Core Responsibilities

Assist the managing director in managing our small head offices sales, marketing and warehouse teams.
Point of contact for sales reps/agents and assist with product knowledge, samples and stock ETA's.
Customer service and invoicing sales.
Inventory warehouse control, data entry and general admin.

Essential skills/knowledge

Good communication and leadership skills.
At least 2-3 years in similar role.
As this is a varied role, great organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks are essential.
Experience in customer service.
A creative flair, good design eye, and passion for interior design and L&M Home brand.
Team player.
Experience with Unleashed software an advantage.
You must be able to work within Australia.
