We deliver products Australia wide and ship to most major International cities.
Shipping times within Australia are estimated between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
International shipping is sent via Air mail through Australia Post and are estimated to take between 4-14 business days.
(Please note we do not send to PO boxes or locker boxes).
Within Australia, we allow free shipping for orders over $150. For any lesser amount, delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15.

Payment can then be arranged via Visa & Mastercard.
Orders are sent via Startrack Express and/or Australia Post & a signature on delivery is required.
If a delivery is attempted whilst no one is home the courier will leave a card & attempt a re-delivery in the days following.
It is recommend that orders be sent to a work address or an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
Alternatively, an 'Authority to Leave' can be given (in the comments section when checking out), where the driver will leave the parcel in a secure location if no one is home.
Specific delivery instructions can be specified in your shopping cart before processing an order (Please note our courier drivers can not call you prior delivery).

Due to the many variations between computer monitors and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee the products your receive will be the exact colour they may appear on your device.

L&M Home are happy to offer an exchange or refund on all full priced items purchased online at lmhome.com.au.
Refunds will be processed via PayPal or Eway, depending on how you placed your original order.
- Items must be returned to L&M HQ within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging. Items that are returned in a used or unsellable condition will not be approved for an exchange/refund.
- All cushion returns must be accompanied by the insert which was included in the original purchase (unless exchanging for a cushion of the same size and shape).
- We do not cover the cost of returning an item to L&M Home.
- If you decide to exchange your purchase, a $15 delivery charge for the alternative product/s will apply.
- For sale items, L&M Home must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it for a credit note or exchange. We do not refund sale items. Products must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging.
International orders can be returned for an exchange or refund if returned to L&M within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Products must be un-used, un-washed and in original packaging, & you must return the product at your own expense.
Receive Something Faulty?
When considering whether an item is faulty, please bear in mind the hand-made nature of many of our products. In the event where an item is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately (see below contact details). L&M Home will provide a replacement, or offer you a full refund. With all returns please state your full name, invoice number, reason for your return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
