The L&M Home team would like to personally thank all of our amazing customers who have supported our small business during these tough and trying times. This rollercoaster year has highlighted the importance of community, connection and comfort, and we hope that our customers and their loved ones are well and safe.
At L&M Home, we have adapted our business to optimise safety of our customers and staff during this time. Some of the changes we have made include:
It has never been more important that our homes are our sanctuaries. Our staff are working hard to ensure that products remain available for customers to purchase and cherish, however we have faced a few logistical challenges. As L&M Home source unique homewares and linen from every corner of the globe, we are experiencing some delays of product ranges. We ask that you please contact us with any stock enquiries that you may have, while we do our best to keep you updated.
And now for the good news… Our creative team is working on our 2021 collection, and we are in frequent communication with our amazing partners to continue to support talented artisans around the world. We cannot wait to bring our new designs to you and thank you for your understanding during this time. Please check back soon for further updates.
The L&M Home Family
Our Fitzroy showroom is now open to the public again. We cannot wait to see all of you amazing people who have supported us throughout these lockdowns.
It may be harder to get to a post office at the moment so we have extended our returns policy from 14 to 30 days for full priced items, and from 7 to 14 days for sale items. Please read our Shipping & Returns page for more info here.
Contactless Customer Collections
We are now offering contactless customer collections to local Melbourne residents. Please select this option during the checkout procedure on our online store and you will receive instructions on when and how to collect your order.
Australia Post Delivery Delays
Australia Post are experiencing minor delays due to limited flights, hygiene and social distancing requirements, and an increase in parcel volumes. These delays may result in your order taking additional time to reach you. For more information about AusPost deliveries please visit their website here.
