In light of the current news and the COVID-19 situation in our world, our thoughts are with you and your families. We realise the importance of community and support during this time, and hope you are taking care of yourself and loved ones. Following official advice from WHO and the Australian Department of Health, we are making a number of steps to keep our staff, customers, and those we work with as safe as possible.

Our warehouse and online store are open as usual, and orders continue to be dispatched on time. Our showroom and office hours are now Monday - Friday 10am-4pm.

Within our office, warehouse, and showrooms we are being extra vigilant with cleaning and sanitisation. As more information comes to light, we will be making changes where required. As always, our customer service team are available by phone or email to give product advice and answer any questions you may have.

During this period of uncertainty and isolation, it seems more important than ever that our homes are our sanctuaries. As a small Australian business, we appreciate your support during this time. We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (Australia Wide).

Feather Inserts
Due to disruptions in the overseas supply chain, we are experiencing a delay of feather inserts for our cushions. 
From approximately 9th March we will be replacing feather inserts with a Microblend insert until further notice. These fills are 50% polyester and 50% Microfibre with a cotton cover and are specifically designed to look and feel like a feather insert, therefore maintaining a high quality cushion.

Showroom Update
We are still open in Fitzroy and working hard to ensure you can still shop with confidence and be inspired. Our whole range is available to order online - please contact us if you are an existing customer and don't already have an online login. As always, you can also ask any questions and order over the phone or by email. Prefer to shop in person? We are vigilant with keeping our showroom and office sanitised, and are practising safe social distancing. If you are isolating or not in the Melbourne area, we are now organising Facetime calls to offer you a personal shopping experience with more detail. Of course if you are feeling unwell, please order remotely. 

Contact-free Customer Collections
We are offering contact-free customer collections via our Rose Street loading bay. Please let us know if you would like to organise this. 

Australia Post Deliveries
Australia Post have now implemented additional measures with their delivery drivers and posties when delivering parcels. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, when you answer the door, AusPost drivers will greet you and ask: “Are you unwell? If so, have you been diagnosed with the coronavirus?”. If anyone answers yes to either of these questions, they will ask you to stay inside and leave the parcel on the front door for you to collect once the driver has left. AusPost will not be asking for a signature on delivery in these cases and their driver will sign on your behalf and take a photograph of delivery.
