The season of festive parties and family gatherings is the perfect time to get creative with new recipes. We love the simple, fresh ingredients and the punchy Christmas colours of this twist on the martini cocktail. Delight your party guests or simply rustle up a couple to enjoy at home this weekend.
We have used our Fleur table linen to create a beautiful summer feel. Each piece is hand block printed by skilled artisans which creates unique variations in the print.
Place all syrup ingredients into a small saucepan. Stir over a medium heat until all of the sugar has dissolved. Turn the heat off, cover the pan and leave it to infuse for half an hour. Strain the liquid into a container and place in the fridge. This can be stored for up to 4 weeks for more cocktails!
Add the gin, blood orange juice and rosemary simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake it up then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a blood orange slice and sprig of rosemary. Cheers!
